It doensnt get close to a real conversation because your non-verbal communication is heavily disturbed. That is what the big problem is! beleave me! I can know because I am in a distand relation because of an internship. It is the next best thing though. If you really want to make it beter makesomthing that allows you to look the other in the eye. If you fix that problem you are my personal heroe. I do think seniors can have a lot of fun with this one!!
