Oh, quite a lot:
Imagine you go out with your iPod and it’s commonly v e r y short headphone cable.
If you put that under your shirt it might “pull” your head while walking (a bit faster than normal).
already made these for myself, different sizes for my various outfits buttons shapes. Sorry.
