Keeping the function of an exterior element such as a windscreen wiper, we can get a useful mirror, which is able to clean the after shower steam. Two sizes, single: 500 cm x 450 cm, double: 700 cm x 500 cm. Chrome windscreen wiper.

If you smear the mirror with shaving cream and then wipe it clean, it won’t fog up. It works for a few weeks at a time. There are also various products for sport goggles and glasses to keep them from fogging up. I imagine those would work as well.

Also, I’m not going to buy a new mirror so I can have a big, ugly attachment on it. You might want to try a more elegant design or simply make it an attachment instead of a whole new mirror.

    Also, apparently anti-fog glass exists.

In Taiwan, the mirrors have a switch, and once it is on, an electric mechanism heats up the mirror.

    yeah seems kind of unpractical

anit-fog or a heater are probably a lot less obtrusive

So many comments about other ways to solve the problem of the glass fogging up! Sorry everyone, but I think this is totally delightful from a form (not function) perspective.

Also, Readymade magazine suggested using a side view mirror from an old car as a soap dish. Together, it would be a very cheeky set.

Hehe, well good. I still think the form is a bit goofy, but I agree with you. Combined with the idea from Readymade, it would look cool.

Doesn’t solve the design issue it purports to solve. Drag a squeegee across a fogged up mirror after a shower. Notice you in 10 seconds you still can’t see anything?

Wipe white vinegar on your mirror to anti fog it.

Do you have to change the wiper every six months like car manufacturers suggest? lol.
