I think it’s a great idea! It could ( or does it already?) fold like those sun protectors for inside the car , twist it and fold it! I also think that it work as wel as an umbrella and probably better for kids (less dangerous). It looks like a lot of fun to wear. Lot’s of pluses! Surely a succesfull product.

This thing is dangerous! She can’t see her feet or where she’s stepping, so it makes walking hazardous. What about going down stairs blindly? What happens when a giant gust of wind comes? You can’t let go of it like an umbrella. Will your kid just fly down the street or have the wind blow her off the sidewalk and into oncoming traffic? Besides - it makes your kid look like a huge nipple.
