Nice design idea but not very functional bookshelves are supposed to protect the books, not destroy them.

The photo shows only books with the same size. I think it wouldn’t work with much thinner or bigger books.
Brilliant! I’m a bibliophile, therefore this would very much entertain my guests :D
It looks cool the way they show it in the picture but I’ll bet it doesn’t work as good as they make it look. However this thing could be used for other aplications such as for drying socks or make it out of metal and mount it low near the floor close to the entry way of your house outside to clean mud off your shoes. I could think of a bunch of uses.
