If you also have it with other patterns availiable, I’ll take one!
HOW?
In direct contact with water… I slip & fall over & tiles reveal a bloody, messy pattern!
This would be wonderful for outside patios/gardens. I love the idea of rain making ‘art’ appear. Would also be nice in a shower stall. Great potential.
Non-glossy glazing that is laser etched?

my kid would love it..then he’ll play with water everyday with it..then one day he’ll slip and smash his skull on it..what a great innovation don’t you think?
i agree with buzz! this would be so beautiful as outside tiles. especially if they came in a more natural looking material, like stone or ceramic.
prachtig! kan niet wachten tot het regent!
using this technique,
in public spaces could appear the sign of “Caution: Wet Floor” instantly when the floor is wet :)
(I hate those yellow sings!!!!)
How is it made? this is really cool.
I really fancy this!
how those pattern appear?
And agree with R2D2.0 .
With concrete I imagine one could DIY something like this up by stenciling out a water resistant medium. Where ever the concrete is coated with a water resistant, it should stay light colored, and where ever it isn’t, it should darken like normal concrete does when wet. Certainly it is something worth testing on a small test piece of concrete.
