    it would better if you could have the chain go to a resisting cog in the back.

    Anything involving bicycle reuse is a great idea to begin with :)

    But here you don’t really need any excess stuff. Brakes & brake levers need to go. Big gears can hurt somebody. Also if the front seat is there just to make it look like a horse, it’s bit too much material and work.
