Just read the lights, as you always would. Apart from that, it is rather hideous. I think it would look better if it was actually on someone's wrist, but it's still bad. You mix a cheap band, a modern face, and a classic display. Use the face with flat glass, not crystal, OR use the crystal with precious metals, OR use the nylon(?) band with all plastic.
