Imagine you would have to calculate different composition of each size of pill in order to maintain the inner dose in the active molecule. I don't even mention problems of hardness and solubility of each pill . . . It would cost a hell of a price! Well, if the placebo effect of seeing the size of the pill decreasing would effectively work, there are a few problems about the conception of the different sizes of pills !
