That’d be nice, but I imagine it’s be easier for users to just translate the entire page.
It`s not for people who doesn`t know language at all.
Just a tip-alike translation tool. For fast surfers ;)
There’s something similar for Mac - dunno if they have it for Windows. It’s called LiveDictionary.
At a keystroke (user-defined) it will translate whatever is under the cursor.
Has several language dictionaries and you can add more. Seemed to be pretty comprehensive when I used it (for Chinese).
