					<description>The limited numbers &#38; icon buttons make this ideal for young children, as a quickdial can be programmed in by a parent. 1:Home 2:Mum's Mobile 3:Nan 4:My Friend Tim. I think that's the idea anyhow.

A concern for that age group would be the sharpness of the base of the heart... but hey, Lego &#38; Transformers have lots of hard edges.</description>

....and without those, these already exist. Cell phones for kids that can only call pre-programmed numbers (parents, emergency, etc.) have been around for a while, I think.</description>
