Hitch Kitchen!

This crazy thing is a mobile kitchen that attaches to a vehicle’s trailer hitch receiver. It includes a sink, faucet, fresh water supply, waste water storage, refrigerator/freezer, stove, grill, a big L-shaped fold down counter top. The Hitch Kitchen can be used while mounted to the vehicle for quick road trip meals. It can also be removed and used in a camp site, back yard, picnic etc. Works great for tailgating events too. Bundle with a Car Top Camper roof tent to convert your car into a minimalist RV - without RV gas or storage costs. Lemeno what you think.

I think there would be a market for mobile kitchens for cars. But placing them on the towing hitch (or tow bar as we call them) would have limits. For example my tow bar has a 70kg load limit even though it has a 1500kg braked towing capacity. There are of cause other issues having items on the exterior; weather, road grit, stone damage, theft, drag, safety compliance.
A better idea would be one that would fit into a boot, with folding legs that fold the same way as a ambulance bed folds and rolls into an ambulance. Easy enough for one person to pull out and place back.
This is just one persons opinion of cause.
I actually like this idea for our country house that is not finished. As we live outside in the warm months a portable kitchen is really what we want. I think this is a terrific idea with a lot of potential for many niche markets.
