Seiko designed a bracelet style watch using the high contrast e-ink technology. If the futuristic watch is set to its ‘efficiency’ mode, the display is informative and easy to read. If, however, the watch is set to its ‘mystery’ mode, the panel expresses the time in a more imaginative, evocative style.

pretty sure you can buy these now, but if i remember correctly its a limited editions sort of thing.

I wonder how many people actually wear a watch these days? I usually use my cell phone to see the time, and if my cell phone’s dead, I use my iPod, and if my iPod’s dead, i’d use my laptop.. oi. but I guess if all 3 were dead, i’d buy this watch :)
