Simplicity is an important element of design. Ordinary adhesive tape, which exists everywhere, is given new usage in this work by adding an element of communication. In a society where communication with others has become scarce, this small design will help build new relationships between people.

Huh? What does “simplicity” have to do with this design? It adds complexity to an existing product and I’m not sure where this would be used, or how. …and in a time that has been called the “Age of communication” or “Information age,” with a massive horde of ways to communicate and communication going on all day every day, what do you mean by “communication with others has become scarce?”

…Give me one scenerio where I’d use this. In most cases, post it notes take care of my needs.

u can write a message to someone with permanent marker on tape with or without these speech bubbles.
if anything i think this is adding boundaries to our communication, limiting space, and forcing you within the lines
