but I agree with insub2, the images are horrible.

Wouldn’t it fall off of the hat? Does it have some way of attaching?
I really like the concept of a modular emoticon hat like that.
Though I am personally in favor of a velcro (or other attachment method) patch on the hat that allows you to swap out smilies based on your mood, instead of rotating them.
This gives the ability to further personalize the hat (as well as providing a way to increase cash flow by creating more faces to purchase).
