					<description>I hate to spot out a major floor in your design, but the way you have configured the load cell would only be accurate if you placed a mass directly on top. Placing a spherical bowl you will have only a component of the load acting on the load cell.

Think this design would work better on pressure, but even then you can't guarantee accuracy.</description>

					<description>I like this idea. It looks good, is unique and appears to make a task--weighing food--easier for the user.  One question to think about, would the scale automatically subtract the empty weight of the bowl (assuming the bowl is weighed before the measured substance is put in)?</description>
