Anemone

The Anemone Clock awakens a person with a little more personality. Unlike other alarm clocks, this one challenges a person. When the alarm goes off, it rumbles intensely, making it a little harder to find the off switch. Due to the rumbling, the clock also bounces away from the origin, thus creating another challenge of getting out of bed.

I’d break the freakin’ thing the first morning it went off. The last thing I want bright and early is something to aggrivate me!

Nice idea….but what if it rolls off your night stand and into a pile of clothes on the floor…therefore muffling the sound of the alarm? Unless it a really loud alarm, it would probably lose some sound…maybe have speaker hole openings all around it?

Put some stinging electrodes around the snooze button, and make it pee goo, and I’ll buy one. ;)

I agree with dan. I’d prob go berzerk and destroy it when I wake up. I already hate mornings. I don’t need something to get me pissed off.

i really really need this. i wake up to my cell phone because it vibrates, but it’s not loud enough and sometimes i forget to turn on the volume…and i like leaving the alarm clock as far away as possible so i can’t get to it and i can actually wake up… i’d definitely buy this =]
